95 Fitness is a fitness and wellness application designed to provide workout tracking, readiness and recovery insights, AI-generated training analysis, fitness metrics, performance summaries, wearable integrations, and related wellness features.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information when you create an account, including name, email address, profile image, authentication credentials, subscription status, and account preferences.
With your explicit permission, the App may access and process health and fitness information from Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin devices, heart rate monitors, cycling sensors, wearable devices, and third-party fitness platforms.
This may include, but not limited to, heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep metrics, workouts, calories burned, activity data, steps, distance, pace, power output, cadence, VO2 max estimates, training load, recovery metrics, body measurements, weight, and other fitness-related information.
Health and fitness information is only accessed with your authorization. You may revoke access at any time through your device settings or connected provider settings.
We may automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash logs, diagnostic information, IP address, anonymous identifiers, and usage analytics.
When using AI-powered features, we may process workout data, prompts, training history, readiness information, performance metrics, and user-generated inputs submitted to AI systems.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use collected information to provide App functionality, generate workout and recovery insights, calculate readiness and wellness metrics, synchronize cloud data, personalize your experience, improve AI-generated analysis, improve App performance, troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support, manage subscriptions, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
4. AI Processing and Automated Analysis
95 Fitness may use artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to generate workout analysis, training insights, recovery estimations, readiness scoring, performance interpretations, and personalized recommendations.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete, automated analysis may contain errors, and AI-generated insights are informational only and not medical advice.
Some AI processing may involve third-party AI providers.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
5. Apple HealthKit and Health Data
If you authorize Apple Health access, the App may read and write HealthKit data.
HealthKit data is used solely to provide fitness and wellness functionality.
HealthKit data is never used for advertising purposes.
In accordance with Apple policies, HealthKit data is not sold to advertisers, HealthKit data is not used for advertising or data brokerage, and HealthKit data is only shared with third parties when necessary to provide App functionality and only with your consent where required.
You can manage Health permissions at any time through Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > 95 Fitness.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health, Apple, Garmin, Strava, Wahoo, TrainingPeaks, OpenAI, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and authentication providers.
These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
7. Data Storage and Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted network communication, secure authentication systems, restricted infrastructure access, and cloud security controls.
However, no system or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cloud Synchronization
If you create an account, your information may be stored on secure cloud servers to synchronize data across devices, back up workouts, restore account information, and provide AI and analytics features.
Cloud-stored information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain operational records.
You may request account deletion subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access your information, correct inaccurate information, delete your data, withdraw consent, export your data, or restrict certain processing activities.
You may also disconnect Apple Health, revoke wearable permissions, disable analytics where available, or delete your account.

11. Children's Privacy
95 Fitness is not intended for children under 13 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. International Users
If you access the App from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
13. California Privacy Rights
California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information as defined under California law.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted within the App or on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
